My overall experience with everyone at DIRECTV was more than above and beyond my expectations! I especially want to recognize my sales representative. He was wonderful and represents Directv to the maximum for quality service! He was very patient and thorough. He explained everything to be done during the installation, and provided clear precise explanation to all of my questions. We need more companies in the realm of providing quality customer service!!!
